Mentoring is often the missing link for young people who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction. When a consistent adult shows up, listens, and holds them accountable, attitudes begin to shift, behavior improves, and hope becomes realistic again. The VRM Mentoring Program exists to provide that steady presence—someone who walks alongside participants, not just when things are easy, but when life gets hard.
